Processing will take 48–72 h from the time of your order.

What happens if one of my items breaks?
Mila Jewels is always committed to ensuring great customer service and a positive experience. Every piece comes with a 5-year guarantee if your product is damaged, fades or is defective during normal wear.
This guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece unless, as determined solely by Mila Jewels, your piece was intentionally damaged. In the event Mila Jewels no longer carries the product, you will be permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value.
