We prepare your order with care and ship it within 24/48 business hours (mainland Spain). Other destinations vary by region.

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves us.

You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return. The item must be unused and in its packaging.

Personalized pieces, being unique to you, are non-returnable except in case of defect.

All our jewelry comes with a 5-year warranty. If anything doesn't go as expected, message us and we'll sort it out.
